Psalion Unveils $50 Million Venture Fund Targeting Blockchain Innovations

Psalion Launches a $50 Million Venture Fund for Blockchain Startups

On July 27, 2026, Psalion announced the launch of its third and largest venture fund, a substantial $50 million initiative aimed at supporting pre-seed and seed-stage blockchain companies. This fund, known as Fund III, will focus on various sectors including blockchain infrastructure, stablecoins, real-world assets (RWA), and decentralized finance (DeFi).

Investment Focus and Structure

Psalion’s Fund III will primarily back startups that are integrating traditional business operations with blockchain solutions. The managing partner, Tim Enneking, emphasized the strategy of investing in projects that operate on web3 infrastructure, bridging the gap between conventional businesses and blockchain technologies.

Utilizing Singapore’s VCC (Variable Capital Company) structure, Fund III is managed by Conduit Asset Management, which is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). The MAS categorizes this fund as restricted, limiting participation to accredited and institutional investors.

First Investment in Beezie

Just one hour after the fund’s announcement, Psalion disclosed its first investment: a leading role in a $4 million funding round for Beezie, a platform that connects physical collectibles with their digital counterparts on-chain. Beezie has reported significant traction, including over $170 million in gross merchandise value and more than 30,000 active users this year.

Venture Landscape Challenges

The introduction of Fund III comes amid a challenging landscape for crypto venture capital, where investment activity has slowed considerably. In the first half of 2026, Coinbase Ventures executed only 30 investments as fundraising trends indicated a consolidation of capital among fewer active investors.

Despite this environment, sectors targeted by the fund continue to attract significant investments, as seen with Pharos Network’s recent $44 million raise for RWA infrastructure. Other notable investments in stablecoin technology further highlight the growing interest in these sectors.

Looking Ahead

Psalion has not provided specific details regarding the fund’s investment sizes or the number of planned investments, nor has it confirmed the exact committed capital from limited partners. The firm plans to release updates about its investment portfolio and investor subscriptions in the near future.

Fund III represents a significant commitment to fostering innovations within the blockchain space, even as it navigates the restrictions imposed by Singapore’s regulatory environment. As the venture evolves, further announcements are expected, detailing the fund’s ongoing investments and growth plans.
