Saturn Integrates Ondo’s Tokenized Stocks into STRC Products

In a strategic move aimed at enhancing its product offerings, Saturn has partnered with Ondo to incorporate STRCon and other tokenized securities into Saturn’s STRC-based products. This partnership also includes a strategic investment from Ondo, although specific financial details remain undisclosed.

New Offerings for Institutional Investors

The integration will feature STRCon, which represents Ondo’s tokenized version of the STRC preferred stock, into Saturn’s sUSDat product. This milestone marks the first introduction of an Ondo-issued security within Saturn’s framework.

According to updates shared by Saturn on August 13, the partnership will facilitate the introduction of Ondo’s “institutional-grade tokenized assets” into structured products centered around Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock.

Understanding STRCon and sUSDat

STRCon allows investors to gain exposure to the economic performance of the STRC without holding the stock directly. This method utilizes blockchain technology, thereby offering an innovative approach to traditional stock investments.

Saturn manages two main digital assets designed to separate dollar liquidity from exposure to Strategy’s preferred stock. The USDat is a dollar-pegged asset backed by tokenized U.S. Treasury bills, which users can stake to receive sUSDat. The value of sUSDat rises as dividends accumulate from the preferred shares. As a feature, Saturn incorporates income generated from its underlying assets into the exchange value of sUSDat, although its returns are variable and not guaranteed.

Potential and Restrictions

The partnership with Ondo could potentially enable Saturn to explore further additions to its product lineup, but details on subsequent integrations or the allocation of reserves towards tokenized securities have not been specified.

Currently, both Ondo’s products and Saturn’s offerings are generally unavailable to most investors in the U.S. While STRC trades on Nasdaq and can be accessed through traditional brokerage accounts, Ondo’s securities, including STRCon, are not registered under U.S. securities laws, limiting their availability without proper exemptions.

Financial Context of STRC

STRC was introduced in July 2025 with an initial annualized dividend rate of 9%, later increased to 12% as of July 2026. This adjustment reflects a response to market conditions and underlying asset performance, with payouts subject to declaration by Strategy’s board.

The dividend payment schedule has also changed to a semi-monthly basis, intended to enhance liquidity for shareholders.

Conclusion

This collaboration between Saturn and Ondo highlights the growing intersection of traditional finance and cryptocurrency, paving the way for more innovative financial products. However, investors will need to navigate restrictions based on their geographical location.
