Michael Saylor’s firm, Strategy (MSTR), has successfully raised an additional $466.7 million through its at-the-market equity program, bringing its total U.S. dollar reserve to $3 billion. This significant cash increase, reported in a regulatory filing on July 13, 2026, is set to support dividend payments on its preferred stock and cover interest payments on its outstanding debt.
No Changes to Bitcoin Holdings
Despite the substantial cash influx, Strategy has not made any changes to its bitcoin holdings, which remain constant at 843,775 BTC. The company’s original bitcoin acquisition cost was approximately $63.69 billion, equating to an average price of $75,476 per bitcoin.
